What support does Pathways offer?
- Technical Support: We have data integration specialists who will guide your district to establish data feeds for student information. Pathways has a technical help desk that offers a live person to guide the user through any difficulties.
- Implementation Support: Our expert Pathways customer success team members have decades of combined experience in school operations, guidance counseling, and campus and district administration. Users have a direct line to those specialists throughout the subscription time to help create processes that streamline the graduation tracking protocols on campus.
- Individualized Training: We offer a remote “flipped classroom" training model, as well as a digital plan that consists of e-learning courses to meet the unique needs of each district.

Can Pathways track local graduation requirements?
Yes! There are many possibilities within the system to account for district-level configurations and appropriate reporting.
Is Pathways compatible with all student information systems?
We haven’t found an SIS we can’t support yet - talk to us for more information!
What data can be entered into Pathways?
Pathways has the ability to ingest many data points - ultimately for display in one location for districts to view and report on. These data points include: student information (historical and current grades, GPA, etc.), diploma type, endorsement, state and national standardized test scores, certifications and credentials, AP and IB scores, and more.
Are there other ways Pathways can be used in our schools?
Pathways can be used for a variety of graduation requirements tracking, accountability indicator and CTE tracking, as well as a general counseling tool. It provides a “one-stop shop” for most of these items; however, some of the tools built into the system have been repurposed for other district-specific needs.
What types of reports does Pathways provide?
Pathways provides a variety of reporting categories, including: Diploma, Utility, Post-Secondary, Validations and Forms, Tests, General, and CTE Reports. Within each category are several reports, providing a robust array of options for data analysis.
