About
Craig Dickey joined the Education Advanced family in August 2022 and currently serves as Customer Success Manager for TestHound. He brings 22 years of public education experience, having served as a teacher, department head, assistant principal, elementary and high school principal, and district administrator. With a genuine passion for education—particularly assessment and administrative leadership—Craig enjoys partnering with school districts and helping educators find practical solutions to their challenges. His experience at both the campus and district levels gives him a valuable perspective and a deep appreciation for the important work educators do every day.

Outside of Work
Outside of work, Craig enjoys taking the RV on new adventures, spending time in nature, grilling, listening to music, and relaxing. His fur baby, Declan, assists with every outdoor activity, primarily as supervisor, trail scout, and official snack inspector.
